We moved away from the traditional “static brochure” model in favor of a scalable, data-driven architecture. Using a custom WordPress theme powered by Custom Post Types (CPT) and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), we built a modular system where every project is treated as a strategic asset.

Crucially, we implemented a Dynamic Neighborhood Narrative: individual project samples are programmatically mapped to specific location pages. This creates a powerful local SEO loop, providing Google with geographic “proof of work” while showing homeowners high-quality craftsmanship right in their own neighborhoods.
